These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oldestyouth.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from OLDEST YOUTH LLC ("OLDEST YOUTH," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.

3. Products and handcrafted variation

Our products are meticulously handmade in limited runs. Slight variations in finish, grain, and detail are inherent to handcraft and are a feature of each piece, not a defect. Product images are representative; the piece you receive may vary subtly from what is shown. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders, production, and shipping

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when we ship it; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case you will receive a full refund. Because each bag is handcrafted after purchase, please allow the production lead time stated on the product page (currently 2–3 business weeks) before dispatch. Delivery times shown at checkout apply once your order has shipped. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.

6. All sales final; damages, defects, and refunds

Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos; claims submitted after that window may not be eligible for review. Refunds are considered only for verified manufacturing defects, are subject to inspection, and are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Items showing intentional damage, misuse, alteration, or wear are not eligible. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we confirm a defect. 7. Warranty

Each OLDEST YOUTH bag comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery covering natural wear and tear under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, alteration, improper care, or normal aging of leather. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos. Repair, replacement, or refund is at our discretion. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, copy, logos, and the OLDEST YOUTH is owned by or licensed to OLDEST YOUTH LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or harvest content or data, to place fraudulent orders, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Accounts and communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. By providing your contact details, you agree to receive transactional messages about your order. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those expressly stated in these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OLDEST YOUTH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
