Are the clothes unisex?
Yes! All of our Long Sleeves/Hoodies are unisex. Our T-Shirt collection is a mix of women's and unisex clothing.
What happens after I order?
- After you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation email to let you know we have got your order.
- After we receive your order we will begin to process it (clothing takes us approximately 2-7 business days and other items take 2-5 business days)
- 97% of orders will be shipped within 5 business days. More than half will be shipped within 3 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Oldest Youth has a number of vendors across the globe meaning that the order time will vary on what you order and where you are in the world! We aim to have all orders with you approx. 7-18 days after being shipped. If you are waiting longer than this please don't hesitate to contact us and we will found out where your order is!
Why is shipping costing so much for me?
Our shipping costs are determined by our vendors, we do not profit off of shipping! All orders are shipped from London, UK, so please bear in mind the international shipping charges if you are somewhere else in the world.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
A lot of international orders are shipped without tracking so we can't guarantee tracking numbers for all orders however if you would like us to check up for you just simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will find out if a tracking number is available or not.
I only received part of my order where is the rest of it?
Not to worry. As a lot of our items come from different vendors their production time and shipping time may vary so please allow up to 21 days after your order shipping to see if the whole order arrives, if you still haven't received your whole order by then please send us an e-mail with your order number and we will find out more about the problem.
How do I return/exchange my order?
1. Please email us at email@example.com & let us know what's up. We'll try to get back to you within 48 hours.
2. Once your return is approved, we will email you our return address. As of now, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. Once your return is received & inspected, we will notify you via email & issue you a refund (excluding the shipping cost originally paid for the item and a 10% processing/handling fee).
